To learn more, visit www.testlio.com.We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the team behind the core of our platform: the capabilities clients use every day to plan, run, and manage their testing. You will own technical direction and delivery for these domains, raise the team's operating standards, and modernize systems that have carried the product for years. This role reports to the Director, Engineering.Why will you love this job? Own the core of the platform. You'll lead the team responsible for the capabilities at the heart of the client experience, with direct ownership of technical direction and delivery. Bring agentic workflows to the core. You'll lead how AI agents are embedded into the platform's core capabilities, moving beyond assistive features toward workflows that can plan, execute, and adapt testing work. Modernize the foundation. You'll turn accumulated complexity into leverage, and a solid, transactional foundation is exactly what makes reliable agentic behavior possible. Partner with product. You'll work closely with a dedicated product manager on discovery, prioritization, and outcomes, with real influence over both the roadmap and the architecture behind it.
